Leveraging the latest in environmental DNA (eDNA) and quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) technology, our service offers unmatched accuracy in identifying sources of
faecal contamination in aquatic environments. Our service utilises a panel of seven qPCR assays that assess water quality by quantification of concentrations of Enterococcus bacteria and E. coli,  plus identify microbes which are indicators of particular faecal sources (i.e., ruminant, cattle, swine, human, or domesticated animals (dogs & cats)).
